hi new to this forum,i have been inspired to grow using cfls, i have ever come across some cfls that are supposed to be low energy replacements for discharge lamps 100 watts =500 watts

Welcome to RIU :hump:

Personally I do the HPS/MH scene but many ppl out there use the heck out of cfl's and get some good results. I'd rather do without all the wires and sockets and addiction to adding "another" light.
