Will do, and thanks for the feedback. Given that Growponic, Inc actually exists it's a good sign, and given that they trademarked MedicGrow it'd suggest they'd like to be around for a while. The fact that it's been 3 weeks since they took money and didn't even take the right amount or send an order confirmation suggests they have bigger issues than the profit/loss on a pair of boards.
Sorry for the inconvenience that might cause. Our sales team is working on it now. We appreciate your support and will contact you ASAP.

Thanks for the contact and proactive resolution. I'll let you know when the lights arrive and do a forum update post a bit later.
So it's been months since these posts. I'm on the edge of my seat hoping to hear how this turned out. Strongly considering this light but would like to know how they dealt with this issue.

Turns out they're from Sundopt. In the end lights turned up and were fantastic value, but we'd skip 'MedicGrow' and buy factory direct next time. In practice, Mars Hydro SP3000 bars have been much more flexible fixtures for us and slightly more efficient, but if you're looking to light a 4'x4' or 5'x5' tent on a budget I'd suggest all of Sundopt's current range will do the job as well or better, as I no longer see this fixture listed directly.
