Want to be roomates? lol. I'm thinking about moving near Colorado Springs or even Pueblo area, love Denver but need to get established before I move there, going to get me a big greenhouse and cool it and blast co2, my dream at the moment.

You're not going to support it over two plants? Come on y'all, big picture here
The big picture here is, you will never, ever be able to have more than 4, you think this cabal is going to spend millions and eventually let you have more?

But it's progress. Right now we ALL have probably 4 plants over the "limit" at least if you really want the extra 2 you can have them and what.. get fined or made to tear them down like the growers that grow in their back yard and get called on? It's moving forward. And eventually, hopefully, that limit will become lax with recreational use down the road.

Ohio has a few petitions going around. the one getting the most news is a corporate offer, much like laws and rules of Arizona.
http://www.ohiorightsgroup.org/ is a group that not only has gotten its first set of signatures and language ok'ed by the Ohio Attny Gen. also has collected a couple hundred thousand signatures, (only about half are usually good and about 600k are needed to be gathered). This amendment would be for the NEED of Ohio Patients and Hemp. It most closely represents the Colorado first legalization of medical. Instead of Corporate GREED, it answers to Patient Needs. There are a couple more, a very well written amendment is still in its collection of and ok by attny general. https://www.facebook.com/ResponsibleOhioans (facebook link) it has some of the best language for the people of Ohio in general. So much money behind the corporate greed one but if one googles a dispensary in AZ and one in CO and compare prices. Then realize they snuck in the AZ one that if you lived by a disp? you could not grow you own! I doubt the OHIO corporate one would not try to secretly demand that change to maximize profit.. there is another one but cannot remember its name.. so cannot link. hope this helps you from Ohio! love and light edit: i found the webpage for the best written one for Ohio rights. it needs some help to win though, not greed driven but would be the best http://responsibleohioans.org/

Are you suggesting the cabal can survive if people grow four plants, but not six? Most likely, they picked a number more or less.

the simple truth? you have to report for the 4. Who is going to check your house? In Colorado they had a huge problem with many police refusing to obey the new law. The DID NOT HAVE YOUR NAME ON A LIST, they will show up with swat teams climbing up every orifice of your home.. They had that in AZ and changed it to " if you live within 25 miles of a dispensary? you do not get to grow, just buy it at inflated prices at the dispensary! gee, you think the corporate people will fight for your right to grow? they did not want it at all, people where screaming about it so they added it to get it passed, it wont stay long... CORPORATE GREED is just that.. are you so lazy to seek out and actually sign the good ones? too lazy to download the petitions that would actually benefit you beyond handing everything to corporations.. its like you have a choice between Monsanto food or local grown farm food and your bitching that the Monsanto food is what we need? google dispensaries in Arizona then open dispensaries in Colorado and look at the prices. don't be stupid. you wont have another choice..

I'm beginning to think the fix is in on the federal level- give the pharmaceutical companies the important molecules and then clamp down hard on all legal states.
