Medical marijuana rights regarding our children???

I have a 16yr old,and he's been smoking on his own for a couple yrs now.he comes over on wk-ends,& smokes his own stash.But I cant always have an eye on him,so if he picks a few budz i'd never know.So am i contributing to the delinquincy of a minor,by him being around my LEGAL,Small time grow?what do you other parents think about this grey area of the law???are we treading on a possibly slippery slope???Paranoid Patient & Parent.

When my son came to live with me many years ago he was already smoking. I was glad he was smoking behind closed doors rather then while driving. Yes I did smoke with him later on and the same thoughts crossed through my mind then too. Now, years later, my son is a polite, respectful, well adjusted person that I am proud of. Don't beat yourself up over this, he will turn out fine with your guidance. Stay medicated and relax

As long as your ex isn't N_uckin' F_utts and he doesn't want to impress the world you should be ok... Not sure about how the law views it probably a precedent set somewhere lately!

I would make sure you make every effort to keep him out. As long as you make an honest attempt to keep your medical grow medical you should be fine. Like said before your Ex has a lot to do with the outcome.
