I'm a little confused by hesi PK 13/14 dosage chart as it says 2,5 5,0 7,5 and then 15 per 10l of water, what does the, comma mean is it 2.5ml at week 4 and 5ml at week 5 and so on?

Huh. I have no idea what you're asking here.

I use the nutrient calculator on Advanced Nutrient's site to figure out how to set up my grow - I don't know if it would work for you too with different nutes

Take a look at the chart below, where it says 2,5 then5,0 then 7,5 does the comma mean ml per 10L so it would be say 2.5ml

And would the water have to be fresh each week to take into account the scaling up of the PK or could I add the extra ml to bring it in line with the rest of the water

Man, what fucked up looking chart schedule. It looks to me like 1/2 tsp, 1 tsp, 1.5 tsp per 10L. I would never add to the res.except for plain ph'd water when needed and I would change the reservoir solution every week regardless what anybody says.
