Me and Lil' Bud's DTW/Coco Grow>Chronic Thunder, Cotton Candy, Blueberry and Ice Bomb

Good Evening All,

Harvested the 2 Cotton Candy Ladies over the last 2 days. I have one that is showing a sativa dominant and the other a bit more indica. Had a bit of help from the gang, so it went well. The smell is freaking awesome and the kief from the trimmings is killer as well. The Ice Bomb is doing its first night in jars. Have the humidity cruising at 65% to keep the dry slow and easy, I am in no kind of hurry, I just got a fresh sack of dank so I can go a bit more..lol. The second round is already under the trellis and looking ready to flower. I will get some trimmed bud shots up after dinner, I am freakin starving..lol

Great job man! Those buds look really good. I've got mine in my storage container now for the slow dry as well at 62% humidity. Preliminary weight 242 grams (8.53 ounces).

I am not sure what my "wet" weight was, I know it was quite a bit on the one plant that was not stunted early on by me. I do not own a scale, so I would be guessing...lol

Here is a couple of shots of the one CC plant with the largest colas ( sativa dominant). The first pic is the Ice Bomb. I had some pretty decent buds this round considering the small space I grow in.


I know I am looking forward to testing this crops wake-n-bake ability, the keif was nice this morning, but I am ready for a gnarly bong hit of some bud

great work. Thc Bomb is a related strain? I got it for high CBDS and it grows well just not that impressed by it. GOCOCO!

I have round 2 going at the moment, 2 Ice Bomb and 2 Cotton Candy. They are clones from the first batch. The middle pic is the Critical Sensi Star that is 3 weeks and some change into flower. I had to flower it, ran smooth out of room in the veg cabinet..lol

Good Evening Folks,

I can finally say I have completed this grow. I burned a nice bowl of Cotton Candy and the flavor is way more intense than the smell lets on. The hashy notes behind the sweet and fruity tones is respectably stout, but not chokingly so. The high is definitely a heady sativa, get shit done weed, as I like to call it. Here are a few nug shots. They are not too sticky if handled lightly, if you grab one to pinch a chunk off, the sticky gets a chance to shine and it has a nice smell as well. Lord Vader will regret grabbing his light sabre with that glove, sticky will it become.....yes.


Here is a couple of Ice Bomb nuggets. This is some sit the hell down and order pizza weed for sure. Very strong body stone with boatloads of chocolaty, hashy flavor to savor A lot stronger smell than the cotton candy, in the jars anyway...lol


I have another round that is burning up its 3rd week of flower and then I am going to chill ( I will have more smoke than I can burn in a year...lol ) and start grabbing beans and gather a nice variety of strains. If I do go another round, it will be for seed making purposes only. I like the concept of the colloidal silver method, Mastering that can keep a wicked supply of seeds on hand incase they crack down on overseas action.

Finally got the household back to norm after the holidays. I needed to chop these a couple of days ago, but had guests to contend with.
Had an awesome harvest party with the gang. Enjoyed some fine bourbon and Pink Floyd in the background. Chopped the Ice Bomb and waiting a couple of more days for the Cotton Candy.

Your set up is sick. I like . Looks like you little friends keep you company in the GR....nothing wrong with that....They're probably the only friends that would keep that secret. I too have recently made my own DTW system ....on my first day of flowering Loving the coco.

Starting the year off right with finishing up the harvest of the 2 Ice Bomb Ladies. I got much more dense nugs and a lot less larf by keeping the canopy more even in height. The smell is freaking awesome and I achieved super sticky with this round. I have a 500g scale coming along with some dry ice hash bags ( I have enough trim to justify the effort now) I had to go buy another pair of micro tip trimmers because I got plum tired of cleaning them every few cuts. I did not have that problem this bad last round ( I do see that as an improvement..lol)
There is a pic where Dixie ( sniper chick with the orange/wht suit and blaster) showed me a neat anomaly ( finally had a chance to use that word in life....) Where I had left a tie in place for a bit to long and the plant decided it would just go on about it's business and grew right around the tie. All in all, I am much more pleased with this grow over the last ( mainly in controlling the canopy )


Will be chopping the 2 Cotton Candy Ladies this weekend, they are just about done as well. After this, I am taking a break and going on a seed gathering mission. I have already placed 2 orders and will more than likely do a couple more in a few weeks.

Hey man - amazing job with this grow. I just read all 16 pages, but I couldn't figure out what happened to your Chronic Thunder. Maybe I missed that you cut it down or something, but I'm really curious how it turned out.

I'm getting ready to kick off my 4th grow in the next few weeks (currently flowering purple wreck and kosher kush) and have a 5 pack of Chronic Thunder seeds. I only have room for 2 plants at a time, so I don't want to try the CT if the genetics are no good.

Anyhow, fantastic job here. Also fellow bourbon fan here. If you can get your hands on some pappy van winkle or grass widow, do it... you won't regret it.

I chopped it at 8 weeks and 2 days. I have some pics somewhere, I will dig them up. Thanx for pointing that out, I think every Lady I grow deserves her place in the world of digital immortality.
