MCPCB supplier recommendations

If you've experience of ordering MCPCB I'd love to hear your experiences and recommendations if you don't mind.

I've a few builds under my belt but want to have a go entirely from scratch.
Im looking for somewhere that can do higher reflectivity top layers, dual layer PCB and solder (paste) screens if possible.

My board design has two options, either around 12" long or preferably 36-40" long for my space.

Any help, advice or recommendations greatly appreciated (other than go buy quantum's, chilled etc lol)

Edited to add: I'm not trying to steal secrets but after having previously ordered a sample i felt could've been better (relative to the price) I'd like a nudge towards a decent supplier

Think i might try myropcb and Sitopway this time around.
Sitopway for the mcpcb and take a different approach with the board(s) from myro using solid copper vias to a 3 or 4 oz layer on the rear.

I found an application note from lumileds about thermal dissaption relating to the above so worth a punt as I'm spending money anyway

Because youve been talking to yourself I thought id come in and say hello! :bigjoint:

Now in all honesty whats the point of building your own board for “personal use” only? Just not worth it at the moment will cost way too much on a low scale production and with all the testing and errors at first in the building of that first light expect to burn couple hundreds but most likely few thousand before getting a decent light.. if youre looking to sell your light.. well yeah thats a different story but not sure you’ll get lots of reply from here as there is a stiff competition and no patent on any Light.. i think a few people on this forum did try to build their own light but if you really wanna go the cheap route china is probably your best bet.. and if you really end up building your own well good luck and keep us posted

Thanks for the company lol.
I've done a few cob builds but want to do my own boards.

There's a few reasons, non of which are to sell tbf. That's just too much hassle lol

I know people love quantum boards but i personally don't like the spread of the diodes and theyre single spectrum.
There's chilled which tbh only lack a couple things from my cob builds so would be the closest although still single spectrum.

I just want boards that suit my situation and my requirements, some of which really don't suit everyone such as the main spectrums. I run 2700s and 5k together with supplemental diodes.

Wont make sense to everyone but it allows me the flexibility to change spectrums up a bit for transition, early flower, finishing etc
I still like to play around at times and the change for finishing ups the trichs in my experience ☺

As far as costs go tbh other than a bit of trial and error ordering boards, the cost of the diodes and pcb are comparible to that of the equivelant power output boards from the mainstream guys tbh. Plus a bit of my time of course which i don't mind losing anyway

When i finally get PCBs im happy with ill throw some photos or a log of my build up
