McCain's cakewalk

As I pointed out in another thread ... the Democrat Party is tearing itself apart.

Obama can't stand against pointed questions.

Hillary can't stand on her history.

During the election in November, in spite of a helpful media, they will both crumble under the burden of truth.

It will remain to be seen. Whom ever the Democrat nominee is, they will have to go after McCain's liberal ... yes, I said LIBERAL voting record in the senate. That should be fun to watch. ~lol~

You guys are deluded, McCain may have the Nomination but that is far from winning the Oval Office. A Democrat will be there, the general public is tired of so-called conservatives.

I beg to differ my friend. Pat Paulson had no voting record in Congress. Ron Paul does and his record speaks for itself, unlike the others running. Ron Paul is far from a joke...unless you are one of those who finds it perfectly acceptable to piss on the Constitution.

Again, if I may...
He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.
He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.
He voted against the Iraq war.
He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.
No other candidate running for POTUS can even come close to that record. I find the joke in the constituency that is blindly led by the nose by the MSM to elect a candidate that the Ruling Class props up for those of us to vote on. Are you one of those? I for one am not.

You may find him a joke, but I challenge you to scrutinize your candidate's voting record and tell me if it even is close to adhering to our most sacred document, the US Constitution. Those who find a candidate who strictly adheres to the Constitution a "joke" tend to get their information from the MSM and accept it as gospel. My candidate is Ron Paul. Are you up to my challenge? Who's your candidate?

A vote for Paul is a vote for McCain!

MM...Nice sig. You really should consider an addendum to it though...Something like this:

"Ammendment IV, search and siesure rights. Read about them before they're gone....unless of course it's my candidate who voted to piss them away." ;)

My point is dave, Ron Paul has a snow ball's chance in hell of getting the nomination, next election cycle he will be 78 years old and much too old to run.
Paul has been running since the early 1980's, how many times has he gained the Nomination?

Answer: 0 times, in my mind that makes him a joke candidate.

Now I belive that he has some good Ideas, but do I think all his Ideas are good? No.
Some of his ideas would only benefit the rich, sorry but the Libertarian party has moved on from being for the people to a party of corporate supremacy. (when Paul ran against Ronald Reagan he ran as a Libertarian)

Incorrect. He made run run for the Presidency in 1988, Reagan was vacating. He has not run for president up until this last year.

(when Paul ran against Ronald Reagan he ran as a Libertarian)
Again incorrect. In fact, Ron Paul led the Texas delegation to nominate Ronald Reagan in 1976. He and Reagan were very close.

And your candidate of choice? I've noticed that you skirted the issue on voting record.

I didn't skirt the issue, I know his voting record.

you skirted this:

Again he stands a snowball's chance in hell of gaining the nomination or being elected to the Oval Office.

Because I wouldn't argue that point. I know he's not been nominated. However, your statement that he's a joke candidate is OPINION and not factual. Ron Paul has an stellar record for upholding the rights of the individual and adhering to the Constitution. A snowball's chance in hell? Perhaps...But I've been with Ron Paul since he threw his hat into the ring...I don't jump ship when the MSM tells me to.

so dave what about those claims to ron paul being racist?
Just that...claims. Let's not forget that a White Supremist donated to his campaign as well and Ron Paul said he would not return the donation.

We'll conveniently ignore the fact the the Black Panther Party (a Black Supremist organization) donated to Obama's campaign. I even saw the endorsement on Obama's website with my own eyes before it was "quietly" removed... I should have gotten a screenshot of that one...heh.
