Not even close. Has it been outside its whole life? How are you flowering it? Which hemisphere do you live in LOL
It doesn't look right at all. I dont even see any buds really. It barely looks like a MJ plant? What's up?

yeah i been growing it since febuary and its definetly budding right now...my camera just isn't the most high def...it looks pretty frosted and the pistils are the amberish color...and i pulled most of the fan leaves off because of bugs

Your plant is in FULL BLOWN re-veg.
That's why it almost looks nothing like cannabis. It may have been budding at one point but it sure as hell isn't now. All your buds are going to be re-absorbed by the plant and fall off. pick anything you want now but I would leave it and it'll grow bigger and yield more.
