Maybe growing slow?

My plant is about 2.5 weeks into growing and it seems to be growing pretty slow compared to what i've seen around the forums... For the past 17 days i've had it under 1 100watt CFL light about 2-3 inches away from the plant and today i just put in a 2nd 100watt CFL... I've only been watering it, and the soil apparently has the nutrients i need in there but i'm not sure.

My question is IS my plant growing slowly? And if so what could be the problem? Should i expect faster growing due to the additional light or should i be giving nutrients regardless of the soil? Regardless of the growth rate it seems extremely healthy. Any input would be appreciated.

Heres a pic of it from today(day 17).

Well light could be one thing, no fert could be another, and i heard once that growing in bark medium is a bad idea. Cant remember why though. What is the temp

Bark medium? Is that basically "potting soil?" Also temp is pretty steady around 70-77ish. 80 is the hottest but only on warm warm days.

Its small for its age watch the water maybe some h202 but it doesn't look unhealthy. Very odd. Hope it takes off for you. I had some seedlings do that last grow. I killed one but left the other slow grow and just smoked her about a month ago she caught right up to her sisters so theres hope thats it's just genetics whats the strain.

Honestly i'm not sure my brother from App got headies from college and it had a couple seeds in it(weird for headies). I smoked some and it's some strong shit so i said i'd give it a shot... germminated in 1 day sprouted the next w/ leaves and it's been growing since.

Also, h202?

And no it's not unhealthy its a nice green, any discoloration in the pic is just water droplets on it..

I think it may be the lack of me giving it nutrients??? What nutrients should i give it and how often?

I dont know man, go to your local outdoors storelike lowes or somethin and find a good fertilizer that says GROW. And feed it too your plant twice a week little at a time.

But you said the seed germinated in one day???? That could be the problem.

Whats wrong w/ that?? It germinated but i kept it in for another day and a half for the root to continue growth.

I germinate my seeds for 3-5 days. I like to see a nice healthy root before i put it in soil. Try it, germinate a few seeds for 3 days then transplant. But try to use a different medium if you can. Doing things differently helps identify the problem.

But yeah, i promise better results this way.
