so this is my 4' x 14" x 19" grow box . I have one master kush plant that I've started from seed . I keep it on 18/6 lighting these pics are from week 3 and week 4. What's with all the plastic packaging on the inside of the box? Are you planning on shipping it cross country? You'll need to close that leak where the doors come together come flowering, and also like zaehet said, how are you venting?
 
biggest problem when growing master kush for me was in flowering, powdery mildew, always! Try and thin it out as much as possible before flipping and make sure to get good airflow & proper humidity.
 
while in veg you won't get hermies and such but giving them their beauty sleep at the same time for the same duration (or gradually changing it) will result in less stressed out plants which in turn will grow faster and healthier. but you're right, lightleaks during veg wont nessesarily cause it to hermy during flower....but the stress during veg may result in the plant being more prone to term hermy during flowering.
