In Maryland, like 9 months or so ago, some deliverymen(Fed-Ex or something) had a plan to deliver large quantities of pot to unsuspecting people, then recover the package before the people got home and opened them.
Anyway, the sheriff gets wind of it and tracks the packages. Then the SWAT team busts in, terrorizes this guy's family, shoots their two dogs and then... they actually do a little checking and find out that the guy they've got bound on the floor is the mayor of the town and had nothing to do with the dope.
It's crazy here, really...
