Marijuana Seedlings Growing Very Slow

I planted my germinated white widow seed 3 1/2 weeks ago and it is growing very slowly! I got the seeds from nirvana. She is currently under light 18/6 a day (t5 flourescents half of the day, natural sun half of the day). I water her every fourth day, and her soil PH level is at 7.0 and her water PH is at 6.7. She is also in miracle-gro seed starting potting mix. I'm on a budget and can't afford HPS lights or Metal Halide lights. Feel free to ask me questions! Thanks alot!:joint:

Wow!!!! I dont know if it is the WW strain or what but i also had slow growth for the first 3 weeks or so, but then, all of a sudden, she really grew on me!!! I lst'd her and now i have 6 main colas with the tallest at 12 inches right now and i just switchd to 12/12 last week, so im hoping for some big ass colas by the end of flowering!!!!

How far are the lights? Shouldnt the ph be at around 5.8-6-5? Not sure, but it might be too high!

Have you added any nutes? if so, which ones?

OK,

How are you measuring your soil's pH? If it is one of those things that costs under 100$$, then don't bother using it. If it is the one with the soil moisture sensor on it, you can use it for that. It is good at moisture sensing.
Your potting mix came with fertilizer pre-charged inside. I would discontinue use of the miracle grow fertilizer immediately.
What is your source water? Well, city, spring, rain, reverse osmosis, bottled?

I If they are in one gallon, run 4 gallons of clean water through. Get it? 4 times the water will flush out any crap and will get you back on track. After watering so much, the plants will not need to be watered for quite a while. It could be a week. Let them soak it up at thei pace.
Also, forget the natural sun. Keep the T5s close to the plants -- maybe two inches. If they look weak, you could back off the light a bit.

This should get you stabilized.

You could reconsider Miracle grow at a later time. there are cheap easy powders that are better for MJ.

Here are some of the pics, I have only nuted her twice and that was on the 2nd week then I stoped.

Sorry, it doesn't look like she's getting good light, but she really is, that's just my camera that makes it look like that.

I'd have to agree with tommy. Try something like jiffy seed starter (no nutes) and mix your own at about 1/8-1/4 strength into your water so you can keep up with it. I'd suggest Moisture Control MG when you do go to soil, as far as MG goes I've had a lot more success with that than regular MG (no nute burn on that), or mix half top soil and half perilite and use MG tomato water soluable. You probably want to keep the ph in soil between 6.2 and 6.8. Hydro is a lil lower. MJ responds well to the same nutes tomatos do most of the time.

Thanks a lot for your answer! I check her PH with a 3 in 1 moisture, light, and PH meter that cost me about $3. And I water her with tap water that I set aside for 24 hours before watering her. What kinds of soil do you reccomend I use? Thanks a lot!
