Marijuana Research Project

Alright guys i am writing a research project on legalization of marijuana for my English class. I need to create a mock interview. I am supposed to come up with three "experts" to whom i would be asking questions. also 10 questions to ask them. Any help would be greatly appreciated, i am in search of "legit" experts who have published several articles,papers,or books on this topic. Also if you guys have any good questions to ask i would greatly appreciate it.
