So today the government put new crime bills in place one of them being "Penalties for organized drug crime act" which states only production for 6 plants +. I remember that it was up to 3 plants for a fine of up to $500 (which you go to court and they'll make it $10) and 4-25 plants was like 6 months, so does this mean that we can grow up to 5 plants with a small fine/no fine?
