I'd be more worried about them prescribing the wrong antibiotic, lol

i think all depends on individual situation, everybody system reacts different, IME i personally i can't smoke while on antibiotics, rises my heart rate,and shortness of breath. But i guess everybody reacts different to stuff.

Use your vape if the smoke is too harsh. I'm 66 and been smoking since I was 14. Only pneumonia stopped me.

I didn't know that about breast cancer and immunosuppression!
