Yeah, it's crazy.

Glad some people know what's up.

It's absurd that the old dude is still getting away with that, and not only for so long, but he consistently sells out, and it's not THAT good. I think it was Sunshine Meds. Everything at the HortusOne booth was heads above what he had, and at about half the donation. And his "Columbian Gold," LOL, stuff looked whack.

Once you've grown your own, weed takes on a whole different value and it just seems straight rediculous to pay even $100 a quarter and I'd rather be dry a month or 2 until my next harvest than pay those kinda crazy prices. I think a lot of people pay and charge those prices the same reason Starbucks charge $5.50 for a cup of coffee and $3 for a bottle of water, it's called the 'halo effect.' If something cost sooo much, it HAS to be good and you will convince yourself that it must be based on nothing else than its price. Same reason those crazy Rezdog auctions got bid up into the stratosphere, and people actually paid! Oh, and Doggies Nuts Seeds...just breeding the halo effect. Don't be blinded by the light.

BTW I am anti-Walmart-of-weed (not the weGrow store, but the concept), pro mom and pop, pro microbrew and pro microgrow. I think the industry should be decentralized and not a state backed oligolopy.

Has anyone ever bought anything from Doggie Nuts seeds?? Who in the fuck pays for that shit. I been in the scene for a while and I have never seen anyone grow out their stiff because a pack of seeds is like 500 dollars!

Fuck that old guy, did you smoke that wet White Widow??...
Did it even take to the flame? LOL
I have personally never seen $35 a g anywhere but those markets, glad you held your ground on the $20 investment.
It is crazy how patients (in general/not you beave) gravitate towards the most expensive bud in the room... Unsuspecting Patients??
I guess in AZ the price dictates the quality not the meds themselves...

@ that price one should get high just from smelling the jar...
And that old guy said that shit was from out of state last market, maybe he is covering his purchase costs..

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kosher Kush... 27%.... Definitely an AZ Med Testing result..
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Debauchery all around and this shit only flies in AZ

I smoked the white widow, the only reason I bought it was because my buddy showed me a gram and it was super sticky almost wet. Nothing special about it other than bag appeal. Shit there some skinny black dude that sells candies there he goes by the name of "Ashy" dudes candy is awesome I swear his shit gets you medicated the minute you swallow it , he says he makes it with all wax.

I really hope the program can stay in the hands of the patients too... would like to spread out genetics and organic growing techniques to as many possible instead of getting stuck buying dirty dispensary weed ; ;

I think it was stardawg or aliendawg or something along those lines that went for 3k+ a pack. No seeds are worth that.

Thats what I'm saying! I have never stumbled across a grow log on the net or anyone growing them in the cannabis forums.

I see no future for the Az MMJ Program....

Thankfully Our State will not allow a law to go away with such ease. The Arizona Medical Marijuana Act is here to stay!

Read it mates! Mostly the Chapters pertaining to the Program being shut down and what a Patient and their Designated Caregiver must do to remain compliant with the Statues!

Just wondering if anyone has renewed their card in the last month or so and if they're being allowed to cultivate?
I went in today to a canna-clinic and the gal didn't know for sure and I haven't been able to find the answer.
She also said that the first dispensaries are about 3 to 6 months away from opening. Does this sound accurate?

No. I believe the first should be open by the end of the month. Too much money is lining up on it.

Slightly more important than when is where.

None of them will open, until at the very least the judge rules on the White Mountain case. This whole situation is actually playing out very nice for the Caregiver Model and patients who prefer to grow their own. All of this could be argued is best for the patients from both a cost and quality perspective.

My state allows MM patients and caregivers.

When it first began, I decided to wait awhile to see how thangs were gonna shake out as far as Law Enforcement goes.

After reading the rules and restrictions of legally registering and obtaining a MM card, seeing and hearing what my pals have had to do to be legal, I decided against it.

Another reason is that I just don't want to register with the State, that I smoke pot on a regular basis.

Plus, being a Union Tradesman, we take drug tests on a regular basis and legal or not, if marajuana is detected in your system, you ain't gonna be able to find or keep a job.

Oh there are some opening sooner than you think.
I dont think anyone in Maricopa county is going to open just yet but who knows....
I have met some people up north who are pushing forward, but their medicine is complete dog shit, poor patients..

Let me clarify, if they open, especially in Maricopa County - they will be quickly shut down - within days or weeks. At least with an injunction of some sort.

Apparently a scottsdale group that has been running a large cultivation center for 2yrs plans to open in Sept. We shall see if that happens. (not CC)

Please keep us all informed LV. Your popularity in the industry puts you in a unique position to be able to inform patients about what is going on.
