Bill Montgomery and Tom Horne can huff and puff all they want on the 5 o'clock news but the bottom line is the law is what it is and Arizona judges have so far been clear about the states legal responsibility to implement the law. Wait until they start talking about the cases that are being thrown out of court and the money Montgomery and Horne are waisting chasing there tails I suspect they will back off real quick. If your operating within the law I don't see how there going to do anything but waist a bunch of taxpayer money. I bet there are a bunch of ambulance chasing lawyers with hard on's waiting for Montgomery or Horne to come down on somone so they can sue the shit outta the state.

I lol'ed

Anyways, back on topic, these dumbasses are going to get sued the first time they go after a patient growing meds. Wish it was me, I would demand a jury trial for my damages :)

It will be a mistake the first door they kick in of a grower in complete compliance.
ESP. A gardener who isn't selling anything illegally, has another job and has enough money to afford a decent lawyer.
this scenario would bite any official in the ass and would be a serious infraction of civil rights.
I would demand at least a million in damags for a settlement.
Let the state put their money where their mouth is because the AZ AG's represents state laws not federal.
This case would get dismissed in state court instantly and I highly doubt a patient or caregiver being prosecuted federally because the case won't make it past a local judge.
SCARE TACTTICS, not to mention new election in Nov and Horne and Bill Montgomery are gunning for Eric Holders position, so the old white guys need to look tough. It sad an old generation of people are running our country into the ground, w/o any progressive thinking. The past tactics are not working, look at the economy. I bet Horne and Mont. don't mind another big bank bailout because it keeps the country running.. On fumes that is, ever since that last bailout the states have been struggling and congress does not have an answer to pull us out of the dirt.

If I'm not mistaken Tom Horne had to sign AMMA into law, so his signature is on the official paperwork.
That being said, how can someone who signed off on the laws attemp to prosecute people in compliance, let alone make personal interpretations of the laws after they are in effect, it will not work.

Now that I'm re-reading this, I think punitive damages should start @ 3 mil.
I will be talking to my legal team about how realistic this prosecution would be.

The AG's can go O.D. on Viagra and booze for all I care.

Awesome Vid... Dude just screwed himself.
"it's an interpretation of the law" Bill M.
Im glad these fuckholes just stated they are not following the word of the law.
Boom, case dismissed.

Emotion and personal interpretation does not trump written law.
He wants Holders job, man.
That is all this is about, they want to suck the federal cock incase this 2012 election goes republican.
They are fishing for a like minded state judge, lol.

END THE FED

I dont live in AZ but if you do and this effects you here is what you do. Call the county and find out how many people voted for him total and how many people voted for the other person running that he beat. So lets say 10k voted for him (trust me will be no whre near that number) and 7k voted for the other guy (once again no where near that number) Now the dif is 3k (will be much smaller) you get a pettion together with 3k people that support the new law get them to sign it and send it to his office with a note that says "go right ahead and dont plan on being re-elected next term. This i why it is so damm important to vote.

The number of sigs will most likely be like 300 to 500 but I dont know where to call in az to find out the final tally of votes for that election.

Even we the smokers can change things with our vote. If the people that hate Big Joe and the Jail there would just get out and vote instead of sit around and drink beer you would not have that guy runnning the show either.

It just takes a few people to start a grass roots effort and make changes.

Call a TV commercial lawyer if that is your last resort, this tactic will not hold up in court, it is going against state law...
He mentions informing local PD of his plan, good sue them too..
Just stay in compliance everyone, then they can pull whatever bs they want and nothing will come of it.

Case I Patient VS State of Arizona
Case II Patient VS Municipality Chief Police Officer
Case III Citizens of Arizona VS Bill Montgomery Followed by: (Impeachment for violating citizens/ voter approved rights)
Case IV Citizens of Arizona VS Tom Horne Followed by: (Impeachment for violating citizens/ voter approved rights)

Impeach Jan Brewer, Not only is she violating citizens rights, she is padding the medical board with a doctor who is providing certifications and has ties to a compassion clinic.
She is not fit to hold office and not to mention she is a raging alcoholic.
Does anybody know about her criminally insane son, NO... (Google it, those genes came from somewhere...)
All the idiots who think they are voting for a great leader are voting for a drunk who one day will be looked at as someone who impeded the financial progress and well being of a state.
Go grace the underworld already with your lovely presence, please.... :fire:
Her skin is practically melting off and bet her liver is black.

You dont have to end the fed, you just need to vote this guy out of office, when is the next election? What was the margin he won by? Who ran against him? Once again I dont live there but deliver a couple thousand sigs that say support the state law and the guy will think twice before he ever acts.

Not to mention, I know it here for a fact, the DA is fucked without MMJ aressets. Cant make his budget etc etc, they lock up a kid with a quarter ounce they get the fines to pay for the staff etc.

If there was a smart DA he would work with the County Tax office and issue a Tax Stamp to keep the cash flow up. I would pay it hands down, kind of like protection money. The only reason Policticians fight this stuff is that the money goes away. No one ever offers up Money to replace the money they are gettting now. It is just simple math. I would love a to see a study done of how many people are in jails and prisions for weed only, no violent acts, no accidents, no deaths just flat out possession or sales. I bet the numbers are close to those of Alch.

Not quite, there are many more non-violent pot smokers rotting in prison then alcoholics.
