K, so I am very new at this, and my purpose for growing is to cook with it, but what do you do with male plants? Anything?

Collect and chuck pollen.
Compost them.
Burn them to the ground.
Seed the shitty neighbors plants..

Save the pollen to make free seeds, to grow more weed, to cook with.
