Male?

Hello.

This is urgent and I need your help. Is this a Male plant? Can I turn it herm somehow if it is male?

Please reply ASAP

if it's your only plant I guess you could try but could end up with pollen spewed every where in your home

IMHO....kill the bastard!

ya it looks male from the pic but idk if you can get a male plant to herm to 1/2 female 1/2 male i dont see why you couldn't but i dont know how often that effort has been made herming male to female usually its the other way and mostly an unwanted occurance
can i ask why you want to try and herm it as the results will be really hard to predict and prolly not much usable smoke and even your seeds produced i believe will continue to carry the trait i believe but if your trying to salvage some type of smoke i think your best bet will be to sow a couple more seeds and hope for a true female from them

The other part.....A herm is a female that turns male or part of it turns male. Your question-Can I turn it herm somehow if it is male? No. You can not make it Female.

that's something i heard asked before, if a male can become hermie, some think it can.

Typically we kill males right away, or harvest some pollen then kill them...so are you 100% sure a male cannot turn hermie
 
Wouldn't it just be easier to start over? Even if you could turn it "hermie" so that it put off some female flowers, if it is indeed a male, then all female would be pollinated thus turning to seed.

I really can't tell from that one picture though. Can you get a better shot of the internode?
 
I guess those do look like little sacs starting. Yeah start over. Get a known strain, order seeds or just try again. Good luck though!

I have never seen a hermie male or even a pic, so I'm not saying it's true, only saying others have stated they have (for what ever that's worth).

I send my males on a road trip to the pooh container in the local doggie park, or to the ocean to sleep with the fish.
 
Yeah I never heard of anyone being able to accomplish that either. Let alone try. But im a believer in anything is possible. So I think you (LuxerGrow) owe it to yourself and everyone else to try this theory/method and prove to everyone if it can be done or not and possibly make marijuana history LMAO :bigjoint:
