Mine look exactly like that right now -- they've been 12/12 for 7 days. It's my first grow so I thought all those little round things were balls, but if I wait a day they sprout a leaf. So now I'm learning that there are "leaf balls" that pop up on the nodes that are not the pollen sacs of the dreaded male.
So I think I have another few days or a week to know, and maybe the same for you. I'll be following this thread with interest to see what other people say.

Don't confuse them for hermaphrodite plants 50 days into flowering also, I almost flipped a switch when i first saw those balls towards the end of flowering...
