i have plants growing that came from weed that had seeds...does this mean it was hermaphrodidic weed, and all its babies will be too? if so am i okay?

heres the pic is it male?

so do female plants not have their preflowers come in bunches? also how long will it take for a females preflowers to open? dont females show sex first?

noo thats a male and they show before, the first female sign will be a tear drop with two white hairs comming out, those are clusters of balls (pollen sacks) murder him.
