they will but the thc content is nonexistent , it's pretty much a waste of time and space.

they produce pollen sacs, no they will not bud. they are only bad (u dont want ur females getting pregnant, energy will produce seeds instead of bud)

Waste. Plant em outside off your property if it hurts u too much to kill them and if the weather allows it.
