alright so this plant has been under 12/12 for about 2 weeks and i cant tell if the top is a bud or not cause i see some "ball" type things underneath it. all help is appreciated

what would happen if i grew it in a separate room from my other plants?

isolate it in another room so it does'nt pollenate your plants or somebody elses halfway down the street. (cant keep it outdoors)
