Male?...Or Hermie? =/

Hey people, just wanted to get some advice on one of my outdoor plants, is it a Male? or is it a Hermie cuz when it first developed genitals they
where quite apparent to be pollon sacks but recently its been looking like
its growing hairs too? im really not entirely sure so i need sum advice
also, how can i tell when the pollon is ready to be released so that i can
remove it and how do i store it after that for breeding? here are the pics -

any advice on removing and using the pollon?

his sacks opened up recently one by one and each day i just picked it and put it in a container for safe keeping, when i start to flower ill be testing it out, hope i get the strain crossing rite!
