What Is happening above those leaf branches are the cloneable secondary branches it looks like to me how old is the plant and how long have you 12/12 the light?

I'm no pro, but it looks to be female. You definitely need to wait like another 3 days or so, then post new pics.

planted them late september. 12/12 for about a month now. this plant is really growing weird. really stunted.

Wow 2 months and no secondary Branches weird they look to small and under developed to be that old....They should have developed their sex very visibly about 7-8 days of 12/12 why so stunted?
