All that will yield is pollen, I can't see a single female flower.
I have 6 altogether. That is the only one with them, but I swear to god there are some pistols on it. It’s gotta be herme, does that matter at all?
I would get rid of it ASAP like Buddha said, especially if you have other plants that are females.
There are no pistils on that plant, it sure looks 100% male to me. What you circled are stipules, and they are on both sexes. Read this.

if you leave it, it will seed any females, by a LOT. if you want seeds, leave it, if you want good smoke, you best cut immediately... you can still get high off of seeded buds, but it is a pain in the ass and the yield of smokable bud will be minimal, and even if you do get some buzz, it won't be as good as with no seeds. there will be no real yield from that one plant unless you smoke leaves or pollen, which I don't recommend.
Leaving that in your tent will decrease your yield by about 90-95%. Your plants wont have a seed or two here and there, they will be all seed. We are talking hundreds in every bud.
It's hard to sacrifice them at first, but it gets easier, lol. Well unless it's some rare strain that you really don't wanna lose, then it could be sad.
I decided to just drag it into the living room. Let it live or die or wtv next to the window. It’s kind of a special strain; I got the seeds while in jamaica a few years back and I know this one Jamaican friend who would really dig it.
You can harvest some of the pollen when it's ready and just apply it to a branch or two using a brush and plastic bags to keep it from pollinating everything, but I've never attempted that. Pollen can spread really easy though, so even if it's in another room some of those spores might find their way to your flower room. If you have 5 others, I would just cut my losses, but it's up to you.
