Male, Female or Hermie?

Hi guys abit confused got a Cole Train with definite pistils but not sure whether I can see male preflowers? Few pics attached, any help greatly appreciated.

Yep a hermie. See both male and female flowers. Curious as to what's the cause.
was this bag seed or...?

Also this plant was right next to the intake vent which did get abit cold lights off early on, maybe this could be the cause? Not bagseed, came as a freebee.
