Making My own System Need Help!!!

Hey guys so im starting to make my own aero setup and need some help. I'm going to use a 20gallon res and make it hold 6 plants. When running my water pump how long should i let it run for? When needing to add more nutes do i have to change water completely or can i just add more nutes? How do I setup the hoses to feed my plants? Have them drip onto the clay or run them straight into the clay?

my water runs about 15 mins at a time in my 18 gal and comes on 6 times a day. and put them below ground that way you will keep down on the alg.
