Making ice hash question...

So i just harvested a plant today, and I used the ice hash method in the growfaq to make hash with the trimmings. I used a blender to blend the trimmings. After straining, the remaining water is an EXTREMELY dark green color. Is this right? Its about as dark as possible without being black. I just put all of the liquid into the refridgerator a few minutes ago.

Im seeing the trichs settling to the bottom... but the water isnt getting any clearer and I dont see anything floating to the top. How long do I wait before i siphon the water out? I saw the growfaq said 45mins, but is there a way to tell when all the trichs have settled?
