Making Hash???!

Hey guys i have harvested 20 plants and I was wondering if hash stores better/for longer? because if so I have way too much and im afraid the bud is going to fuck up and lose its lovely high

So my questions are; shall i make some into hash? How? any other ideas?
all help is appreciated, thanks in advance

Hash stores well for a long time but then so does bud under the right conditions.

If you want premium hash it will take Bud , rather than a few sugar leaves. You don't get much hash for the amount of Bud you put in. However, the hashish is really really nice.

If you havent done it before, you should.

Can't you sell some of that bud? ... Top dollar is paid if its nice.
 
Yeh i will but I have 1.2kg which ill never be able to sell + i've cut down on green so do u know how to make it? or is it too long to explain? (i'll go see if theres a thread for it now..)

You might wanna check out DRY ICE Hash. Pretty wild and easy to do.
 
if you got cash to spend, you can try different methods and different extracts, I definetly suggest getting some bubblebags like in the youtube video in previous reply, I got myself a few different sized bags recently but have not yet had a chance to try. The bubblebags can also be used for dry-ice extraction and regular dry-sift. You can search youtube for videos on how to do all these.

You can also try make some oil and wax, check out the wax video it looks amazing. Several videos of these extractions on youtube as well, requires some equipment though and do not rush it, take the time to learn it properly to get best results.

Get some Bubble Bags on Ebay for about $30 and 2 bags of ice and have a blast. I make it every other harvest with the shake and trim it comes out great.
 
cool, yea there are many brands of these bags, I also bought a different brand 2-bag set (190u+95u) then I bought single bags bubblebags (25u+45u). The 25u is not the best yielder but it depends on what kind of strain, the sativa dominant will have smaller trichome heads and 25u will be better to use for sativas then indicas.

I grow mainly indica dominant plants, I have found the 25micron bag the best yielder. Ive only done two strains so-far, Violator Kush and Lemon Skunk.

The hashish couldnt be more different between the two strains. Lemon was really lemoney and squidgy, it also was full melt. .. The VK was a dry hashish, didnt melt and was a typical hashy smell and odour, like something you might expect in Morrocco.

nice Moebius I guess it is also widely strain related and probably also technique, when I was asking some full-melt bubbleguys where to buy a single 25u bag, I was told it was best suited for sativas. Some people only agitate the first run for 5-6min then extract, others do 15min etc. Dont know if this could have anything to do with it. Glad I got the 25u though, gotta make sure to catch it all :) Iv seen some very nice full-melt macro shots of bubblemans 75u hash, it forms a clear dome, looks incredible!
 
Very much so strain related and technique. I would still go for more than a single 25micron bag but that'll definitely do for your purposes.The next bag up also collected a lot, and was more tasty. Much of the flavour seems to be in the plant matter. The purer it gets the stronger it is but the less it tastes like the original weed I think.

I didn't want to go for a shorter run (5-6min) because rightly or wrongly I assumed I would get more hash from a longer run.

If you want to see hash made well check out the Youtube vids of 'Matt Rize' .. he actually helped 'bubbleman' improve his technique.

Yeah I got 25u, 45u, 95u, 190u, I'm thinking I will try 25u,95u,190u on my first run of "Shining Silver Haze" :)
Okay, I think you should try a 5min run and then just set the batch aside, run it later again, I think this would give you some incredible quality but less yield on first run of course. the other day when we was posting, I actually read a post right before your post, from Matt Rize right here on rollitup as well hehe, also was mentioned in his post that he helped bubbleman :)
