Making a storage wall cabinet air tight?

I was looking at a 2-Door Wall Cabinet to turn into a stealth grow cabinet and I was wondering if this would be fairly easy to make airtight and if so any suggestions.

Also how many plants do you think I could fit in there using a hydroponic system?

Sometimes you can see the light through that vinyl stuff. I would go wood or metal or a tent.
I grow in cabinets and have kept detailed journals.
