Makeing sure a plant is Female

Hello, this is my first grow and i wanted to know if there was anything that could be done to ensure that my plant is a girl. Also if it is a hermie then should i kill the male flowers to ensure that it is a sensi plant? Thank you for any help

feminized seeds and luck for the first question and if you havce a hermi plant dont bother trying to revert it to a non hermi plant you would drive yourself crazy cutting pods only to cause more stress to the plant remove it from the area of other females and harvest it..
