make shift curing containers?

needs to be glass and seal is about all you need to think about. thc can be lost by binding to plastics in containers.

thanks guys ive got about an ounce and three quarters and some dick didnt cure then there wet and horrible so ive dried them and now i wanna cure them but dont have the proper equipment but glass jars i have plenty of and i could use bluetack to make it airtight

Glass jars are what most people use and probably work the best.

Plastic/rubber containers (like tupperware) definitely can work well too, but purists don't consider them quite as good because they can generate static electricity and attract loose trichromes, pistils, etc.

There is no chance of the plastic actually chemically binding with THC, though.

Stainless steel coffee containers with vacuum seal lids. :bigjoint:

Or glass jars, if you find big ones and aren't liable to be clumsy and break them.

On a small scale I have had great success with Gerber baby food jars. The bottom of the lid as well as the threads on the lid are coated in a rubbery substance which makes it nice and airtight when you tighten that lid.

mason jars and any tupperware that seals tight. who gives a shit about a few trichs sticking to the static. lol thats the dumbest shit ive ever heard. pickle jars and bigger in glass weigh a shit load, and a fucking nightmare if you drop one and cost a damn fortune. (I dont eat many pickles...) tupperware is fine if its not the cheap shit that smells and isnt air tight.
Also Ive been getting these cool sealing plastic containers from the container store lately.

I settled on wide mouth mason jars across the board so I only have to buy one type of lid.
1/2 gallon jars I use for curing, quart if I need a smaller jar. Going to start using a digital hygrometer inside after reading other thread.

Once I get the weed where I like it, I transfer to smaller wide mouth jars (pint and 1/2 pint) and then vacuum seal them.
