From Maine like the name implies. I needed cheap seeds and wanted to avoid shipping overseas and having to pay for a guarantee. They have a instagram page that really sold me. Pictures speak thousand words. They where doing 10 pack regs for 40 usd at Neptune seed bank. Solid selection to pick from. Mine came with 13 seeds in it and 2 freebies of another us breeder.
