That restaurant location always draws the nuts for owners. I've eaten there 3x under 3 different owners. I don't have enough words to describe the disaster every time.
We saw the new age hippies take it as the latest owners over and drove by at 50mph , screaming, "GO GO GO, WTF is there now!" never even slowing down there. We just can't go there ever again, not even with hash brownies to lure me in.

I don't buy that phony story about releasing the stoned lobster back to the sea either, I call BS.
Most likely burning leftover hash debris for the tourists, She has a Med Caregiver Licence.

Last I heard the health inspectors were "investigating ":lol: that marketing scheme might just bite her in the ass
The other owners were investigated for employing illegals and food poisoning, so that's a step up for this restaurant location.

Yea , they are determining if she needed a production licence for pot food, so now they have to explain that they were burning spent trim for the tourist, not anything with THC. That's my guess...these places all try to have an homespun bullshit anecdote (all the lobstermen come here to eat, a friendly porpoise guided granddad to the spot,this is granma's secret recipe, we only use fresh ingredients made daily..) Tourist want a little anecdote to tuck under their pillow at night and tell all their friends about a "unique" place, not like the other places.

ya I heard they got shut down for a inspection,not real smart on their part being med growers I would think the grow got inspected also
What pisses me off about the whole thing is that she's bringing more eyes upon the "cruelty to lobsters " movement.while she'll be in business for another 2 years(tops probably) a lot of others are trying to scratch out a goddamn living cooking lobsters.some states it's illegal to cook a live lobster ,it has to be killed then immediately cooked.that would be a major pia for any place that has to cook large amounts of lobsters at once.her greed and attention whoring could hurt a lot of local,family run joints.fuvk her,I hope she gets shut down.

I dunno about getting shut down, but she definitely played with fire , being avant-garde. That will bring PETA people or Anonymous down on you, the state is the least of her worries now.

Being stoned and dropped in boiling water doesn't sound any more humane to me, I don't know why that sounded like a good idea without whiskey involved.
A spike thru the noggin first with a side of chowder and a beverage sounds civilized.
