Magnum 357 LED question

I just bought a Magnum 357 LED and it has 2 switches for turning on all blue LEDs and one for red LEDs. I was wondering in flowering should I even have the blue LEDs on ? or am I just wasting electricity.

Keep it all on, more power the better
