Magnesium problem? (auto jock horror)

Total fucking newbie, trying my best not to make an ass of myself here. Spent the morning going through old plant problems and troubleshooting threads but have only confused myself further.

So here are the details. I have 5 girls going, all auto Jock Horror. 22 days old. Under 20 26 watt 2700k and 6500k bulbs. 3 gallon pots with FFOF, earthworm castings, and perlite. They were transplanted to these pots just over a week ago. I water them with tap, but allow the container to sit for a few days to evaporate the chlorine. The PH level in all is between 6 and 7 (I have a simple needle reading PH tester)

Ginny started showing these spots a few days ago, and I assumed it was a nute deficiency because she's got such stunted growth in comparison to the other girls, so I did my first feed two days ago at 1/4 strength. She seemed to perk up a bit and for a day but this morning more spots appeared as well as a bit of yellowing on one tip.

Everyone else seems fine, though there is one leaf similar to those on Ginny on Luna (yes, I'm a geeky Harry Potter fan and totally named all my girls after strong female characters) but Luna has been a total superstar thus far and is twice the size of Ginny so I'm beginning to wonder if its more of a magnesium problem. But these spots don't look like many of the images I've seen!

So, help a poor newbie girl out! I'm posting pics of my entire setup as well in case it appears I'm doing something wrong in that department. I really only should have done three plants under this setup but I rotate them daily and no one seems to be effected from lack of light.

For one looks like there's a bit of heat stress, they might appreciate the lights a little higher... They look pretty Green for any N deficiency, might be Cal. What kind of nutes are you feeding?

Okay, will try raising the lights a bit to see if that helps, but the spots are appearing on the lower leaves so that doesn't have anything to do with heat stress, right? I'm feeding them Fox Farms trio at 1/4 strength, and like I said, I've only fed them once a few days ago. Will look more into the cal deficiency.
