Magnesium Deficiency?!?

My 3 week seedling is showing signs of stress. The top leaves are folding upward along the main middle vain. A few older ones are curling not up or down but sideways. I just transplanted it out of MG soil to FF Ocean Forest 3 days ago and it was doing fine. Now all the sudden this. Its been hot out but this looks nothing like heat stress.

Could it be a magnesium deficiency?

You are right. I watered on Wed after the transplant and again yesterday along with today. I'll try that, thanks.
