Magnesium Deficiency Or Nute Burn?

I've read and read and read and still have no idea what is wrong with one of my plants. There are 3 leaves that look like this while the rest of the plant looks 100% healthy. Do the pictures below scream any specific problem to anyone? I have a second plant that is not pictured below and it doesn't show any of the problems that my other plant does. Both plants have only been fed two times so far with 1/4 tsp/gallon of Jack's Classic All Purpose 20-20-20. The pH seems to be normal as well. I have some epsom salt if it does turn out to be magnesium related.

I thinking it needs to be fed more. I not familiar with your nutes or what dirt it is in? Hows the stem hard and firm or soft and rubbery? Soft and rubbery feed'em!!!

I am using 2/3 Fox Farms Ocean Forrest and 1/3 perlite. I hadn't even thought about it being a nutrient deficiency, I just assumed I used too much. I've read a lot of good feedback on the nutrients I'm using, so I'm assuming the problem is from using too much or too little.

Some of the pictures I have seen online of nutrient burn do look somewhat similar to what I have going on. Does anyone think I should flush my soil tonight just to be safe? If it is nutrient burn, I am shocked as I only used 1/4 tsp in a gallon of water.

Quick update. My runoff ph is low. The water going in is just where it needs to be, but the runoff is measuring between 4-5. The top 3/4 of the soil measure where it needs to be as well, but the bottom 1/4 measures low. Could that be the problem, and if so, how can I solve it?

Whats between 4-5 your ph or ppm's? I use to like ffof not no more! Here's a link to my last grow nothing but ph and burn . Quite a few growers have issues with it and them their the grows on here that act like they work for ff defend to their death? I'm think it not what it used to be or its varying?

I decided to flush both plants last night since the runoff ph was so low. I also fed them right after the flush and made sure that was ph balanced as well. I got the runoff back to where it needs to be (temporarily I am assuming) and both plants are looking good today. I'm heading over to Home Depot right now to pick up some dolomite lime, which will hopefully be a more permanent solution to my problem. Thanks again for everyone's help.

You had a Phosphate deficiency in your garden, not nute burn.
I've had the same experience using FFOF and it's taken me a few grows to isolate the problem.
My plants had the same problem, the longer they were in flower, the more "burnt" looking they got.
Now that I'm adding extra P & K to my garden, the issue is correcting its self.

RogueToker, you're also experiencing a Phosphate deficiency.

For future reference, here's an excellent online guide to plant deficiencies:

Good luck.

Since my nutrients are 20-20-20, do you think that will be enough to take care of the phosphate deficiency? If not, do you have any suggestions on what I should get to fix it? I flushed the plants, so all the FFOF nutrients are gone and my Jack's Classic 20-20-20 nutrients have been added.
