I need a 12" inner diameter, 6' long piece of potable water grade white PVC pipe. A clear smooth finish jug 10-11" in diameter and 2' tall with a 3-4" tall, 2" diameter neck. A piece of cork to plug the neck of the jug that has a 1" shaft filled with peat up the middle and a rubber air hose up beside that. A seed will go in the middle of the peat. Co2 will be pumped in through the tube, the jug will be placed neck side down in the PVC and float on the DWC reservoir in the bottom of the PVC. A 600-1000w hid bulb will sit on top of the PVC. The reservoir will be chilled. There will be a pressure sensor for inside the jug to detect when the plant has converted enough co2 to open a plug on top on the jug, expelling oxygen and reducing the buoyancy of the jug so it allows water in through the bottom, before immediately being repressurized with co2, foliar feeding and cooling the plans with chilled reservoir water.

The oxygen peing pumped in through the res/bubbler will pickup a chill from the water and provide constant air flow over the bulb and cooling it. No need to scrub that air as it doesn't come from the plant. Expelled skunky air from the jug can be managed easily.
