i found a seed in some mob a few years back...grew it last year and have been working with it breeding wise...i can share pics but i call my mix Zombie
Is this a reference to what we discussed recently? If so, it isn't exactly what we talked about. I was saying how you can treat an MOB with colloidal silver and reverse it, it will reverse fine and have bunches of bananas, but all empty. Not a grain of pollen to be found.
Now, pollenating a ready female with viable pollen from another plant..I've never tried it (yet). There is the short photoperiod to consider too, probably.
My personal experience with pollinating the MOB cut i had was it takes pollen fine (pistils slough off to red after application) but fails to set seed (didn't even find pepper flakes in the end product).
I have an mob cross growing out now. I tried to cross it with herijuana. At first I didn't think the pollen took. Pistils stayed white. But I did find a few seeds at the end of the grow.
I was growing three dj short blueberry plants in the same room, and they throw bananas. I found a seed in a herijuana female, so I am starting to think my mob seeds may be a blueberry cross, not herijuana.
Herijuana is on the strong side. Lacking in flavor, and not a big producer for me.
Dj short blueberry has a decent flavor and color, also strong. Not a big producer. I think all the female I got in a 10 pack had at least a few male flowers. One hermed really bad, and I pulled it two weeks into flower. I wouldn't buy it again.
Couple pics the mob I grew out and just chopped, great plant all around, colors are amazing nice pinks and deep purps . Props to the breeder you know who you are.
