that's odd that it makes it worse. my aunts' whole back is fused and it helps her better than morphine. But sometimes you get more sensitive, and you'll notice itches, pains, sores, or whatnot much more.

Do you cough hard? I too have bolts in my spine, sometimes if I cough too hard it makes the pain worse.

Eating it gives me more of a body high so when it really hurts I don't smoke I just eat it.

Yeah good point, how does marijuana effect pain? I have a ruptured disc in my back and everytime I smoke it appears to get worse. In fact, every time I smoke the pain gets stronger.

It's most likely because marijuana raises your perception of your senses.

i have to take morphine 3 to 5 times a day for past 3 years,morphine sucks!Check your strains also.
