P.A.R Photosynthetically active radiation, often abbreviated PAR, designates the spectral range (wave band) of solar radiation from 400 to 700 nanometers that photosynthetic organisms are able to use in the process of photosynthesis.
Now your ?
is the amount of visible light where they cross greater then what?the center of the bulb? the lumens would drop as you move away from the bulb, so at the point they cross probably wouldn't be as high as right below the bulb.
