Lumens Question

Ok so my this is my first grow and i have a 4x2 closet. I just bought a 4 foot shoplight (thats all I can afford right now) and two bulbs that said "perfect lumens output for growing plants indoors" but it only has 1600 lumens. I bought two of them 10 dollars each. Do you think thats enough lumens to grow?

Sure, you can grow with that. You won't grow much, but you CAN grow with it. A friend uses four, four-foot cfls and gets buds.

Yea man u can grow with that bro. Its actually awesome and prolly a lil overkill Fro ur veg stage man.
Bro id reccomend u drop ur next 30-50 bux on an hps fixture that u can find in the home security isle at home depot or lowes and i can assure u this will be the thing u can do to achieve nice fat buds at time of harvest.
Add them to ur current set-up man this should supplement nice.
If u shop online..... Theres a 150 watt fixture available at econolight for 20 fekken bux man.
