Found this site after trying to find lights online with lumen output info (hard as fuck i must add) and want to know how true is this to my light.....

My light currently on veg

My calculations are my light is putting out 7000 lumens

Am i right?

thats supposed to be a high performance one, so probably more than 7000

So would switching to the red version of this for the flower be good?

Its all about the lumens and not the watts and heat right?
