lumatek ballast switch question

hi, does anyone know what these switches are for on this ballast? what do they do? how do they work? it came with no instructions. i did a google search and it seems to have a super lumens option but that's all i know.

Yep, thats what it looks like to me.

That is not a dimmable/super lumen capable lumatek ballast. If it was, it would have a dial like this:

very confusing - here's a picture of the other end. notice it says position one and zero and superlumens..... WTF?

Hmm, must have been an earlier version before they went dimmable.

I'm pretty sure those other buttons are just GFCI buttons in case an internal circuit breaker gets tripped.

mine is setup like this, im pretty sure the two white bottons on the back r breaker/surge protecters.
 
I just caught up there that it is a 250w ballast and they wouldn't even come in dimmable form anyway. What are they going to dim to? 150w? lol.

yes! this is a 250 watt 120/220 ballast i bought just last week to throw in my old cool tube reflector. so it's fairly new and not dimmable. NO INSTRUCTIONS! i see nothing on the lumatek website either. nuts!
