Lucas Formula with Co2 Question

I am running the lucas formula, and just began supplementing with co2, 1450 ppms.

Will I need to increase the nutrient strength beyond the standard lucas formula? Anyone have experience with how much more nutese plants take up when supplemented with co2?

Depends on your system. I hand water COCO and find that I need to bump it up. I start with the Maxi grow/Maxi bloom given at the recommended doses to acheive the lucas forumla (bloom) 1.75 tsp per gallon and usually end up at the maxi bloom max which is 2 tsp per gallon. I only feed 1X every other day. If your in a recirculating system or dwc you should just see your ppm's fall faster if they're feeding heavy.

I try to feed to the point of slight tip burn around the edges of the garden were the light is less intense. I keep my light as low as possible but still find that it is better at 20+ for my 600's and 30 for 1k.

Allow your space to run hotter and keep a real keen eye on your humidity levels.l
