One way you can do it is, punchure holes around the top of your container, take a piece of string, preferably cotton string. Tie the string to the top of a stalk, carefully pull the stalk down and tie it to the hole in the container. Do this several times.

start as soon as ur plant is tall enough to tie down, i would say 6 inches would be plenty tall enough. what kind of pots are u using? depending on there shape and material will vary the way u wanna train it.

well im cloning now..im waiting on my roots to grow bigger there about 1 or 2 mm but the clone itself is about 2-3 inches so maybe ill tide it down abit after a couple days in the soil

yeah if using clones i would give it a good 2 weeks in the soil before u start tieing it down to let it get a good root structure.also when u put the clone into the soil burry it up to the first set of leaves, this will help it get a good base as well.
