so im trying to research how to train my plants with string and i cant seem to find a single diagram of what im supposed to do....can someone explain it to me or maybe link a diagram?

well i wasn't going to do scrog but i just wanted to train it because from my research it seems its a more effective way to get your plant bushy and full rather than topping it basically i just want them bushy and short

there is a detailed pic out there somewhere..... but its easy.
tie down, or weigh down the longest stem or stems below the other growth and keep them down as u guide them around the pot
